Thanks Paul ..I did start off with " shine on you crazy diamond "- Pink Floyd was brilliant but youtube spat its dummy - Roger Waters probably having palps at someone using such an epic track..

cracking vid, and yer made it look easy!
whats with the roadworks sign at 4.11?

oh. liked the music too!

:D
The sign made us laugh - says single file traffic(tsk spoilsports:D) - think it maybe bridging a small gap in the hedge - the farmer probably knicked it :D

Great video Muds, not only that you bake a great lemon cake also.
The only problem i find on the video is that i definately need to loose a lot of weight :5bpiggy:

The sign nrgserv mentioned was dumped in the bank-side and probably used to help block a hole in the hedge .

A very good week-end was had by Sue and myself, spent yesterday cleaning off a little bit of mud and parts of hedges etc.

Thanks Leon ...nrgserv also mentioned that we made it look easy...
..but we know your mastering of a leaf sprung 109 is truly skillful and that particular lane especially.;) I need to take loads more stills and one of those lanes i really missed a treat of the line of you all behind us , which would have been really good , next time eh?:)

That Vangelis track really suited the vid. Some parts almost looked like you were trekking through a rain forest.

 at the tippy bit at about 2.45 onwards!! I wonder if a Disco 2 can go over that far.... I'd need a spotter and someone holdin onto a roof bar with a rope etc...

You've already tipped the Disco that far on Belford, you just didn't see yourself do it :D:D:D

I can honestly say that sitting in our 90 and watching DTd5 going through that bit was NOT funny , i nearly baled ...when i look back at the bit when his 90 slipped on the bit of wood , i would have cacked myself:eek::eek:

Hi Muds

Another great video and a great record of cracking day out during which everyone clearly enjoyed themselves :D

No matter how many times you drive those lanes, you never tire of them and there is always something different about them ;)

Next time we will take you 'up' Bray Hill instead of down (the lane before the waterfall!!), that'll make you hold on tight :D:D

To be honest it didn't seem that bad at the time, I was more concerned about the 50 foot drop on the other side of the lane into the fields below

I think you and Ian went even more extreme than that further down the same lane when you were trying to get past those two trees without taking out your snorkel and all credit to Ian he dealt with that well :tea:, I just bounced along the roll cage :p

WHAT FIFTY FOOT DROP!!:eek::eek::eek:
I never noticed a 50ft drop ..... Come to think of it , I probably had my eyes closed :eek::D:rolleyes:

It was just after the log. If you look at video at about 3.05 to the left of you was a vertical drop into the field below and then a very steep slope down to the valley in the distance!!

Look back at your original video at where I am at about 3.08 (so a bit later for you) and you will see that the lane was starting to collapse into the field  hence why I told you all to keep to the right ;)

Will have a look back .... The axle twister lane before the waterfall lane didn't get filmed  failure of me pressing the record button grrrr

Awesome!!!!

The wife and I are thinking of having our holiday down Cornwall next year, so keep us posted if you plan on doing this run again!! Looks like a lot of fun!!
