Hi guys may sound like a silly one but any idea what the original stereo system would have been in this originaly ?
CD player 6 disc in the glove box but no head unit. nothing in the boot sides no nav/amp etc (owned X5's )
I am wondering weather to source original if I can figure it out or the thought of a complete re-wire to all doors is a little time consuming and fitting an android is the only next best thing can think of, to say a disgracful way they have wired one in before is least, nicked 2 speakers from the door and wired em in under radio panel..........at least I have the spealers I guess !
Anyone point me to wiring diagram / colors for speakers and would there be an internal crossover/control amp located anywahere in the car ?
Passed MOT today so tomorrow should be taxing it and drivning her to test apparently she is a reliable old bus.we will see !
