Looks more like an L322 to me, from the shape of the bump in the back window where the rear wiper motor lives, lack of hi-stop light a the bottom of the back window, and also zooming in on the picture of the back of it on one of the websites, can just see the clear bits next to where the number plate is, that the L322 has... I could be wrong of course, but to me it looks like this is one that can't be blamed on a P38....

Tis an L322.....

it does look like a P38 however looking at the video it seems the tail badge is on the left possibly a Peugeot People Carrier or Citroen from the mid 90's.

though, that's not the vehicle on fire. its in the row in front of that.

Besides it unlikely to be a P38.. the water leaks under the bonnet would extinguish a fire before it caught hold. and the headlining isn't sagging

unlikely to be an L322 too.. a fire would start in the boot and the carpet would be too wet to ignite

Think maybe you're right about it being a Classic...it would be interesting to know for sure. And then speculate as to why it went on fire...

Interesting too that it seems there was time for pics to be taken, but no time to aim an extinguisher at it?

You'd need a bloody big extinguisher on that! And you'd have to be prepared to stand next to it.....

Consensus seems to be L322. Seen photos from another angle that clearly show the rear lights and high-level 3rd brake light.
Could be perspective though and the flames are not actually that car, but certainly looks like the L322.
