Any of you good people know why this would be showing a fail? Just had full service apart from fuel filter as it looked a bit daunting for me to do myself. Car kind of judders a bit when decelerating to a steady speed.

Emissions readout from phone app.
Ran fault code scan and returned no faults.
Just wondered if it could be the fuel filter as I don’t know the last time it was replaced.
Car runs fine, just feels a bit judders when I ease of the gas to hold a lower steady speed. Feels a bit like driving slow in to high a gear.(Auto)
 
A bit more info. When driving car from cold it seems to drive lovely.when accelerating it also seems fine but when I ease of gas it starts to judder slightly, but definitely noticeable. When I accelerate it stops, so only on deceleration. I have also noticed that the temp gauge only ever appears to go to just slightly over a quarter of the way up.
Have had a problem previously with juddering after I discovered a horseshoe spacer between the prop and vcu was missing. After replacing it and tightening up all judder appeared to stop. I have checked that it hasn’t come loose again and all seems fine. Car has just had oil and filter, air filter, cam filter mod upgrade and turbo solenoid breather filter. Also has egr delete ( not done by me). I am not the most mechanical minded person and was just hoping someone my have had similar probs who could advise what could possibly be causing the issue.

i'm sure you can't have zero fuel pressure. try unplugging the pressure sensor and see how it goes, should fall back to default values which is a good test
 
0 fuel pressure and the engine wouldn't even attempt to fire. you have 2 pumps, one in the tank to lift the fuel and a high pressure one working at silly pressure to feed the injectors.
