Number of PMs in memory

I'm sure that I used to have an allocation of 1,000 messages in the Private Message memory. I've just noticed that it now says that I have a limit of 200. Then it tells me that I currently have 223 in there out of my allocation of 200 !

I've started deleting some because I'm concerned that, if I don't, this might block any fresh incoming messages.

Is it me or has this been changed?

My subscription had lapsed, I'd gone black and my PM allowance had dropped.
A quick visit to Paypal, a few more bob in Accy's bulging wallet and I'm red again and my PM allowance has gone back up to 1,000.
