Nanocom reported this fault which I cleared. No more 3 amigos.

Upon checking the voltage, nanocom reported 2 sensors at 2.15 and the other 2 at 2.17, I'm assuming this is normal..

Should I be thinking aobut swapping out the NSF sensor or entire hub or just leave it be? (I'm liking the latter option :D )

Cable lengths may account for the 0.02 voltage difference. personally if it's working I'd leave it be unless you know the hub bearing is shot.
 
Well, coming home tonight, the 3 amigos came back - that sensor's output is intermittent code 20-07. Looking at the values whilst driving they varied from 1.96 to below 1.5 and back again, randomly Fault has been cleared for now. Going to check the hub and perhaps try and clean the sensor.

I do have a new front hub waiting though.I'll have to see about a warranty job I think.

EDIT - could it be brake squeal? It's just recently started. I have just fitted new pads to the REAR, not the front.

:D :D New hub going on this week! :cool:

Just been for a little drive having cleaned the end of the sensor. It keeps coming back with the same fault (well 16-07 rather than 20-07, still output too low) as soon as the speed goes over 9mph the tc light flicks on followed by the hdc.

Well knacked.

Hub is being changed! :D I'm not trying to reset it forever because I like to go green laning. No point doing that if you can't even roll 10 feet forwards without the TC crapping out :(

Only have the ability thanks to the generosity of a fellow LZ member in lending me his nanocom (it's being returned in a couple of days!)
 
I better start looking for new hub then.

Have the same problem, except nanocom code for me is 16-06.
Rear left sensor (driver's side as she is lefthand drive) output too low.

After clearing the code, my friends disappear until starting to drive.
As Difflock says, after 10-15m the 'krrrr' TC sound kicks in, followed by the third amigo :)

Anyone know a good replacement hub (rear) as an alternative for the 300+€ (without VAT and labour) one LR-stealers provide here in Belgium?

Not looking for the cheapest one, want a good one but cheaper than stealer's one.
Was there for restamping VIN, and asked for hub out of curiosity.
Always nice to know what you save with a little DIY.
They once quoted me 800+€ for fixing a leaking fuel cooler :eek:
Did it at the cost of 4 o-rings and a little bit of lube... :cool2:

Although for this one, gonna need help from a few mates with the right tools (accept payment in beer :D).
