no did this befor to me if i was to sit and wait long enough the light light up and she will start. takeing the battery off at the week end to full charge then try again

Even a pretty flat battery would give you some lights on the dash. Might be worth checking the power lead into the main fuse box. On one of mine the bolt that the lead attaches to had worked loose on the fuse box circuit board. Symptoms are the same as no battery. If you give the power lead a wiggle I guess you know the answer fairly quickly.
 
Take the ignition relay out and see if there is power in any of the terminals, there should be power in 2 of them, hope you sort it mate
