Check with accy...lz is not best loved from within landy circles....bit of an understatement there :eek: and accy will tell you that he distanced lz publically as an organisation from the chippie run so not to bring any negative stuff onto the charity run

gotta agree with 110w here with regards charity etc, accy is the best man to talk to about all this and whether he thinks its a good idea. :D
 
Can any helpers/leaders make a meeting on sat 10th at fox house first weekend date I can make. Discuss potential routes, who's doing what etc

I doubt accy'll have any issues with it, the benchmark has been set and foundations laid last weekend - now work together, keep the ball rolling and start building on those foundations ;):)
 
Sounds like a good idea, I particularly like the idea of promoting the group as a positive to greenlaning.

We are in such a time that local authorities would rather shut lanes to motorised vehicles that being able to show the positives, and that we are actively working to make sure we and others look after the lanes could be a very big feather in the cap.

There are also some great charities in the area that would benefit from any additional fund-raising we could give, or as a charity in itself, it would be great to use the might (and a little money) to help fix damaged green lanes along with the local authority.
