Hi all....
Today I swapped out my injectors for my 2006 TD4 Freelander 1. The old injectors did poorly on the leak back test so in went a set from a known good running TD4.
So, wont start! - Cranking, unburnt diesel coming out the exhaust while cranking. Double, treble checked all senor connections. Recent work - HP regulator O rings, Overlay harness and replacement fuel rail sensor. Low pressure pump is priming then cutting off after about a minute, no leaks at unions etc.
Obviously diesel is being injected with whats appearing at the tail pipe but wont start. All 4 injectors appear seated correctly and bores, washer seats were made spotless. Any pointers would be much appreciated!
