no power from battery

right for all you in the know , i have a new problem got tobe eletrickery i recently put a new battery on running fine went out yesterday nothing zilch . no internal lights no lights on dash so stuck battery charger and multimeter on 13.8 volts at battery ive checked all the relays and fuses but have come to a complete blank as to why !!
was thinking a complete security lock out ????

Check the battery terminals are tight.
Remove, clean & refit battery terminals.
Connect a jump lead from battery earth terminal to a good clean earth & see if that makes a difference.
Try jump leads from another vehicle.
What do you mean by 'recently'?

That's the model that develops the no power from the battery problem that can't be fixed and you have to burn it and claim off your insurance isn't it?
