Anyone thinking of going this year? The date has moved from the 4th Oct to the 18th Oct, tickets bought online in advance.
There is that risk of course. I’m waiting until the end of next week to before I buy tickets, I think we’ll be hearing some news about what lockdown steps await us sometime in the week.I’d like to go but I’m guessing Boris will say No...

Is that the best excuse you could come up with?I'd love to go...but stuck in France til next Tuesday with delayed return due to falling down stairs whilst carrying mountain on Monday. Left ankle gave an almighty "CRACK!" followed by melon sized inflammation. Hospital, x-rays and 3.5hrs of miserable french nurses, all confirmed no broken/fractured bones. Can now gently change gear/use clutch on Landy and have crutch as mechanical back up. Resting foot in buckets of cold water and gentle exercise before Tuesday return...
Enjoy the spares day
Shame, hope all’s ok!Not going, but only for family reasons.

Sounds painful!
Yes, thanks. Mrs K is six months’ pregnant and has been advised not to have the vaccine as present so I need to avoid situations which might increase the risk of getting or passing the virus to her. I know it’s outside but it’s still an increased risk so I’m avoiding it this time. There’s always next April, as I probably won’t get to the October event either. I’ll just have to use eBay and FB marketplace for now!Shame, hope all’s ok!
I usually end up with some random items, but me and a mate just treat it as a day out too.Even if you don’t buy anything, it’s still a good day out. Lots of Landy spotting!
The trouble with me is I can't just look last time (2019) I came back with tools, an instrument cluster, repair panels and other things I don't need and are still in their packaging!I usually end up with some random items, but me and a mate just treat it as a day out too.
Once we have moved, I can do that again. I just have to be careful as I don't want to have to hire 2 x 40 tonne trucks to move!!!A lot of what I’ve bought in recent years is still in the garage! And I keep buying more tools...
