anyone thinking about the new model defender? I know it will never be the same as old but by the time i thought about selling everything for a new def they stopped production! Reakon the new model will be any good?

Will it do anything your current motor can't? Be realistic and practical now!

Ah i love my 300 and tons of character. Hopefully keep preserving it and pass it down to young un one day. Just wondered what a hot heater would feel like and a draught free smooth quiet ride. Just interested to see if they can get it right.

But the new one won't have any... and you'll be sh1t scared of scratching the paintwork!

You can have both with your current defender with a bit of work.

They keep saying it's close to production but there's been no spy shots, usually all new cars get 'spotted' before release. I'm very sceptical that there will be anything in the next couple of years. Any why would they make a niche vehicle anymore when they can make millions from soft roaders.
