New Defender fella in West Wales

Hi All. Just come in board with my 62 reg 110. Had various Landys while living in Africa and have now managed to afford one that I intend to keep! Have purchased a Masai tubular roof rack and want to add LED working lights. Is this something I can do easily myself? How best to wire the lights? I'm OK with fitting a dedicated switch and fuse assembly etc but how do i get the wire out to the lights without drilling or breaking seals? Probably a simple question...when you know. Appreciate any input. Cheers.
