bought a very tidy (inside and out) 1996 disco just before christmas 2011 with the intention of doing a modicum of off roading. but took it on the rough stuff once and immediately got bit by the bug. have since fitted new sills then rock sliders over them, tank guard with removable tow bar and mud terrain BFG's (235/70/16) on standard alloys. i want to upgrade the tyre sizes to lift the diffs up. Am thinking of 16" x 8" steel modulars and 265/75/16 BFG Mud terrains. currently fitting 2" terrafirma lift with +2" shocks and cranked rear radius arms. also front and rear dislocation cones. gonna be busy in the garage for a few nights.

:welcome2: the forum.

Good to hear you're having fun with your disco, try and avoid questions about tyre sizes unless you like being flamed. The search fuction has the answer to lots of questions that are regularly asked.

Have a look around the site and you'll find it one of the most informative & helpful sites on the net with a good dose of **** taking and banter thrown in for good measure. :D

Enjoy and post up some pics of your motor, we like piccies :D
