Hi Lynall,
Thanks for all your Help

I was spraying into the throttle body not to Y manifold. Please note there was no metal bits in Y manifold it’s just a reflection of camera light I think.
I have checked the both cams and cambelt is turning over fine
So I think its time to scrap it as it didn’t start after trying all above.
I really don’t want to spend more money as it’s not showing me any hope.
It was a stupid decision to buy it like this but I was thinking it has only 120k on the clock and what possibly can go wrong.

Wasi, theres 4 cams not 2, thats why I said check both cams in both heads, plus of course the cam timing itself, few vids on youtube how to do cambelts showing where to put the pins (drill bits) to check.

On the D3 forum at the top theres a section called Wiki with loads of good giudes, one by Robbie for the low pressure fuel side that might be worth a read.

Your main issue is we can all guess until the cows come home and still be nowheres near whats wrong and as you bought it like this you could spend an age and money and get nowhere.

If its a high spec D3 the parts are worth decent money.
