Personally I would go for the Heavy Duty Flexplate at £65 It's made from 2mm steel compared to the 1.6mm of the standard plate.Not worth going 2nd hand. Lots of new options: https://www.lrdirect.com/ftc4607-flex-plate-auto-new-rr
