navtech GPS instructions wanted!

hello folks, my first post and i'm on the cadge...
gone and bought a three year old freelander which came with a factory fitted navtech gps/cd/radio but sadly no instructions. plenty of buttons and knobs to push and turn but i really need to get some instructions so can anyone help me out? a photocopy would do.
i'll send a couple of quid for p&p and your time.

Have a search for the Rave CD...i'm sure there is a version on there in PDF format.

that rave cd is pretty huge, i think my pc would explode if i downloaded it. that pdf for the gps/radio only would be bootiful. any help appreciated.
