Very funny this binary conversation!
But for me as a person who does not understand it it appears as a game of spoiled kids.

For me would be important if there is any update for the EVOI in progress.
Pete always writes about NC 1 and EvoII,but I'm sitting here with an EVOI I bought in Feb.2011 and do not see a change for the future of this device.
I just think about the two years european warranty on the device.
Even if I have to face the Non-Fault-Found-Fee of BBS.

Or I should trade it in for a NC 1.

Right here in Germany, in my forum, there is a nice discussion about NC or Hawkeye or Rovercom.
How it look like now a lot af people do not plan to buy a NC because of some negativ news You hear about it.
They all go for a hawkeye.

Ive edited my previous posts to clarify things a little better, it really needs other posters to remove there Qoutes to it to keep the thread correct.

NC1 = the old Nanocom one tool as seen in the very first pictures. This will get the 2.06 firmware upgrade and needs the programmer mentioned to apply them.

The unit what i have now renamed for clarity is infact a 2nd Generation EVO, is basicly the same unit as your EVO 1 but is produced by BBS where as the EVO1 was produced by Matia.
The EVO1 and 2nd generation EVO's will both receive the same update when its out.

The problem i beleive may with the negativity has not been helped on this forum in the older thread because people did not beleive or trust what was being said about the progress after the take over.

I think the fact that the same negativity was on several other forums may have been quite a contributing factor too. It's strange how many forums had the wrong end of the stick!!!!
