Nanocom help

Do Nanocom still exist?
I have an issue with my Nanocom Evolution 2 and cannot get any replies from the Nanocom Evolution forum or from the Nanocom website contact page.
A technical help e-mail would be good.
Can anyone help or is it time to throw the Nanocom away and get something else?

What's the issue? Have you tried updating it?
Not aware of any company problems.

Hi Kermitt,
They contacted me today after posting on their web forum. I have a Screen Digitiser issue. The touch screen only works in the main portion of the screen, it is very flakey around the edges, so the unit is going back to them for repair. I tried to update the unit but couldnt get past the Kernell page.
Lets see how I get on when the unit is returned.

Unit is back, Screen has been replaced and is working OK now. Watch out though if you send a Nanocom back to Black Box Solutions. They'll ask you to send it via DHL E commerce who are next to useless. Unable to track parcel either by their web site or talking to them, that is if you can a telephone number for them. Call centers in far away lands with staff who do not have English as their first language. Took two weeks to get to Limassol but to be fair they turned it around quickly and took just two days for the return trip.
