Hi.

It would be unwise to assume that there are no police on here.....having already advertised your illegal number plate and stereotyped them all in a shall we say "None too flattering way":). As we move forward with camera technology some people are finding themselves trapped in car parks at some more sophisticated locations because of the inability of the plate recognizing cameras to read the plates properly....great on the M6.....not so good when you just want to go home!:confused:

yeah mate.:D my brothers plate is H19UPT which is meant to spell HAUPT (second name) an he has the 19 closer together an the 9 straight. an he got stopped the other day but the copper jus gave him a notice telling him to sort it out in a few days. so he took it to his mate (MOT bloke) an he just signed it off.LOL

I see what your saying everyday the come after us motorists cause were easy targets! just to fill there quotas an raise revenue! its ridiculous! I say we all rise against the gov no one pays their council tax untill they go back to weekly collections of the bins an stop finning us for everything!!!

say what you want,the police where i live are ****s and i even tell them,i not the only bloke in the country to have illegal plates ok.
i dont really give 2 ****s about the old bill its the weak people that bow down to them that make me sick,at the end of they day they are just normal or suppost to be people, once they get that uniform on they think that they are in a league of there own and above everyone else.
i used to be 100% law abiding until my ex wife and her bloke smashed up my 4 months old subaru in jealousy the police had her on cctv tape from my house and they got let off even though they admitted it.wheres the justice,there isnt any.
i wouldnt **** on one if the was on fire id walk passed and laugh

It is interresting people get irritated with a work force.........much the same as we get irritated with cones and workmen on the motorway.....when i wanted to join the police service it was for putting something back into the community but soon realised i was not the same as the people already in the service and didn't go ahead. As for motoring offenes (apart from the more serious ones...drink driving etc) i think mostly the police's problem is the application of the law.....however the reason for the plate is so that when someone dear to you is run over and the driver drives off, we/you get the chance to grab his number and hopefully have him banned....i think a lot of people don't even think about that:)
 
Those wheels really do suit that car.....dont think i'd go too mad with the chrome though as the car is already silver and you will lose the lines if you do too much with the pillars....i think it's why they call it the floating roof and also makes the shoulders of the car stick out if left black especially with the silver paint....

I see what you mean i was sat there outside the pub looking at the rr an they really are nice cars. they look brilliant.
 
yeah but that coolers mahoosive a plate wouldnt imped the flow much.Any idea wot you get at the wheels?
