Looks like the left passenger side has some black housing in the headlight assembly.

I prefer the look of the right drivers side, does anyone know how I can the black plastic to make it match?

I’ve done some googling but can only seem to find guides on removing bulbs rather than the entire headlight assembly.

thanks!

The clear light is from an older RR they changed the lights in 98 to clear indicators and black surround on the headlights and some trim changes
you can carefully heat the glass and remove then paint the black but it still will not match, best to get a later headlight to fit.

oh bummer! The previous owner must have replace it with the older style as this is an 2001 p38.
I much prefer the older style headlights.

Most people like the newer ones , they are supposed to give out a better more defined light , over here the newer ones are twice the price :(
