Has anyone had any dealings with a company called MTECHUK?

I sent them a BECM ECU and keyfob over 5 weeks ago and since them no contact from them or response to emails, phone calls, or letters.

Are they still in business?

If you paid by credit card, get in touch with Visa and put a claim in, they will withdraw his privileges and he wont be able to use there service any more, that's always a heads up if people don't accept credit cards, i never deal with them, you know something is wrong then, steer well clear.....

Hi- sent them my Becm over a week ago and was promised it back by Friday but am still waiting. they say they`ve sent it last thursday so it should have been back by now.

ask which company they used to return it and get a tracking number from them,mtech that is

Been phoning every day and the tracking number they gave him doesn`t exist. but fair play to the chap, he chased it and turned out it was sat on a shelf in worcester sorting office cos the tracking number wasn`t on their system. so they gave it a new number and it should be here today. Hooray!!!
Sawle- Keep ringing he will answer. The number just in case is 0845 094 2386. If it is lost, it`s a company so he will have insurance and , worst case senario- it gets sorted by Landrover at his insurance companies expense!
