The P38's booked in for its first MOT in my ownership so feeling a bit nervous and will report back with the results tomorrow.

Thanks for all the Good Luck messages but unfortunately it Failed on emissions.

Fast idle Co 0.70 Max limit 0.30

2nd Fast Idle Co 0.66 Max limit 0.3

Lambadas ok

Engine oil temp bypassed??

Engine speed bypassed??

Engine oil temperature check: Temperature gauge showed warm engine.

I took it for a 50 mile round trip to birmingham first thing so had a good run but then stood for approx 2 hours before the 5 minute drive to Mot.

The examiner said it looks like someone has messed around with the cats as they are welded up.

Any ideas where to start looking.

I havent but was told it was serviced before i got it, could that make all the difference??
