congratulations for your hard work, the front is quite agressive, but i guess this is the intended effect so for such its looking great. The rear will look quite nice once its finished I guess. I am sure you will get lots of people thinking they are looking at a patched up L322 until they see the interior of course...

its a project guys!
its never gonna be finished in a day,
the front bumper is far from finished as is the rear.
still gotta fit some wide arches,sideskirts and blend it all together also.
im doing all this myself and got no garage to do the work in anymore and the good old welsh weather makes it difficult to do anything thesedays, i have an hour or so on it when im not busy.
im not one of these people who pay thousands to a bodyshop to do the work then jumps onto forums and says "look what i did to my car"... when all they did is borrowed cash off their parents or maxing credit cards, or even worse going to see their 90 year old nan scrounging for cash ha ha ha
everything i do is d.i.y and ALWAYS gets people talking...

I still think you should go for the subtle pearl white.........it would look very nice (i was never a fan of the L322 (Too Big) until i saw it on the new Miami Vice film (nice try, but no cigar) at the start when they roll 2 up outside a nightclub........was going to have mine resprayed but life wasn't quite how i planned it !!!)

Just watched the video....10 out 10 for artistic spirit....there are no rules. Not going ask how much as there will then be a bunch of "Think of the car you could have bought".
A few years ago we rebuilt a Beetle wizard roadster with welded doors into which we put cut-outs, mahoosive chrome wheels and then sprayed it that kinda Cadburys (there are other chocolate manufacturers) chocky box Purple and then fiited a black drophead. There were many that thought it was sacrilege but a lot more that loved it, it was great fun....looking forward to the finished thang.

I agree, fair play to the hard work you put into your projects suggs, each to their own.
I must admit njh2 I liked the white Range Rovers in Miami Vice too, quite catching.
Everyone has their own interpretation of what their car should look like but I think it has to be admired the amount of work and design people put into making their car personal.
Keep everyone posted on how you get on Suggs.
