Yeah but it's virtually free! You could turn it into a cracker for not a lot if it's as described - it just looced a bit ropey with teh patchwork effect!

Really got me thinkin bout this now - from what you say it sounds well looked after!
Wish i'd had this offer 8 months ago, the 90 has probably cost me more that since i had it!! Is the 90K genuine?
