of corse you know what is in front of you all the time becouse you are god and you can walk and drive on water i forgotI would not go down the lane, as i know i would get stuck.
I don't have a winch, and if i ever get one it will probably be a capstan for hauling logs and what not. Simply put, you should never need one on a Greenlane, if you do need one you should not be driving that lane.
Hmm..... You are meant to walk it first so you can see any hidden obstructions and see if you will get stuck. It does help if you know the limits of your 4x4.
You really don't know the first thing about safe off roading do you?

It depends. If i have been seeing other landys going through it then no i would not bother. If there is a way round then i would go around it. It all depends on the situation. If i HAD to go through it then yes i would put some waders on and i would walk it.

Terry01 how do you explain the photograph of you being stuck in a bog in strata florida last weekend ? ,surely the lane wasn't so bad that you had leave it and go off piste ?

and what if your the first vehicle i don't know you personally but i don't think you are the same weight as a landy so if you walk in to water with your waders on you might not sink but the truck mightIt depends. How do you know what is from a pay and play site and what is not? Fair, not everyone is perfect (About the truest thing you have said on here), but very few people go around treating lanes like a pay and play!
Also, we are not a "Club" such as you lot, we are a open forum where people come for advice and a general **** take.
