Because he had nothing to do with mounting the gear box that was my work yes they don't align but the prob doesn't sit at awkward angles or bind under articulation

I have little spare cash to spend on my project I'm an engineering student too

Have you put in the series gubbins in the transfer box then if you're using FWH's as you wouldn't get drive with them engaged, 45 just seems a little on the high side though

Nope the injectors are sat in sleeves that were lathed to fit and the pump was opened up just a little to get the air to fuel mixture right again

interesting how did you know fuel air ratio was wrong ?

The engine wouldn't black smoke at all so we just opened the pump a little so she black smoked a little when revved hard
