I bought my 1999 TD5 110 nearly 5 years ago for £3500

It ended up costing me around £1000 to get the engine sorted due to blown HG and cracked cylinder head (£1000 includes replacement head, fuel cooler, coolant pipes, thermostat, water pump, coolant temp sensor etc).

Since then (not including normal service items such as oils and filters) it's had........

1 door lock linkage
passenger front door card
new fuel filler cap
2 new wing mirrors (originals were vandalised)
1 set of HD steering bars after I bent the originals
steering damper
Another set of track rod ends
a MAF sensor
additional assister springs fitted inside standard rears
power steering pump
2 new headlights (upgrade rather than needed)
new brake master cylinder
all new brake pipes
new fuel pump
injector washers
rear brake pads
front brake pads
front brake discs
Front brake calipers
Front wheel bearings

I think that's about it.

Yes found it no problem, changed em in carpark. Really must remember to engage difflock before removing the the flange bolts. Good job me tools were laid out behind rear wheel

Well it made it to Hull. 440Miles. 8hr 30min, including breaks and a diversion to find a filling station charging less than the 156.9PPL that the Mway services were asking  Morrisons garage 136.9PPL

I have purchased a pair of "Remanufactured"?? rear calipers. and fitted noo body Cappings at Bristol & West show at the weekend. & today I have purchased a pair of rear shocks from Tim Fry's in Cheltenham.
