lift kit quuestion

I am going to fit a lift kit to my 3 door the kit that came with it was a 3" kit as the guy was going to machine cv joints and shfts .I am getting getting it cut down to 50mm but was wondering could I use the 3" on the rear just to give tthat extra clearance to protect tank and iI can also leave my towbar on the rear bumper is being trimmed to make more clearance to stop the bumper catching when going up steep banks

Don't know about the lift kit. But you could just fit a drop plate to the tow bar, an adjustable one would be even better.

Could leave it at 3" on the rear, but will make it really unstable under braking with the weight transfer
