yes, strut tops are all the same as far as I'm aware...40mm will bring a Sport up to 10mm above standard Freelander height

The camber bolts are £30-40 depending on where you look. You'll also be wise to have the geometry set up so factor in £50-90 depending on where you go and how many adjustments need to be made.

I would recommend it yes, otherwise expect very bad uneven tyre wear, which will cost more than the £30-40 that the Eibach bolts cost along with getting a 4wa done.
