LCD Screen / SatNav issue

I suspect that it has something to do with the Sat Nav unit because when this happens I cant get the unit in the rear to eject the disk - so I have looked to replace the unit but there are many that look the same all from L322's with part numbers from YIB 500022 - up to YIB 50070 - does any one know if they are interchangeable, and if so should I go for the highest number available in an attempt to get the latest version? and finally can anyone suggest the best place to get the latest possible map disk for it.

Hi Datatek,thanks for the quick reply, I have felt around the back of the unit and the cage its mounted in - all feels dry but I have yet to take it out of the cradle to be sure - Am I right in my assumption that the sat nav unit affects all of the touchscreen options at the front because when its showing the lines it doesn't matter what i select it to show it will not do anything
