Hi Tomcat, I have just caught up with this, I wish you well, it may take a while, don't try to do too much, a steady slow recovery is the best way to do it.
 
Mate, you're the only person to have sent me something out the blue and goodness of the heart. I've since been doing it a lot for many, many others.

As far as I'm concerned, you can't go anywhere until I've returned the favour and I'm nowhere near ready to do that.
