Landrover d1 sunroof

Hi all I’m after someadvice.
I currently own a landrover d1 which as a leaking sunroof with further investigation it turns out that the sunroof drain tube as been broke off and removed. So I was looking at replacing my sunroof drain tray with one out of a td5 and was just wondering if that was possible to do.

Yes it is possible, they are identical, so check both sunroof seals if faulty replace to seal against water ingress, and you won’t need the drains unless u like tilting the sunroof glass when its wet.
