Should the L405 have its own section given even the Ejoke does?

The reason other LZ sections have superiority is the dedicated members that have spent decades helping strangers with Myriads of issues, to the point where there is an effective archive built up that others can use/search on google.

An L405 section would need atleast one LZ nutter-expert on that model or it will just be a ‘chat room’ full of useless information about pig r*pe

Since the L405 is probably even less repairable than the L322, I seriously doubt that any DIY experts are likely to appear.

So the prices should drop like a stone and @Saint.V8 will see one and won't be able to stop himself. I can picture him now, trying to explain to the missus how he went out for fish 'n' chips and came back with an L405. Shortly after that we'll have a video of how to disassemble and reassemble.
 
I think that’s the key.
If we were able to put a place/section for them, people that own L405 should in theory ‘move in’. I’m guessing most of the gurus here weren’t here day1 so it’s how it worked.

We have to prove a demand, if there is in fact any yet. None of us have one so we are void??
Until someone that owns one and is repairing it successfully, not much worth investing. :confused:
Which should make my vote ‘no seperate section’ due to no demand hence waste of resource?

Explain the ejoke section, under that theory, then ;)
We can't build a knowledge base on the L405, if there is nowhere for trial and error to be shared. Whilst to the P38, and Classic, owners the L405 may seem like the Starship Enterprise, to the L322 it is just a natural progression. Same as the P38 is to said Classic.
We have young bloods( and some not so young) gathering knowledge on the L405. If we disregard the latest Range Rover, and send owners to other sites, it does not bode well. Instead of treating them like lepers, why not help where we can, (some faults are ageless), and try to learn as we go.




Oh BTW , did I say 'explain the ejoke section' ;)
