knockin noise from wheels. 2000 W

wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem. have knockin noise comin from the front wheels/ suspension. it worsens when goin over uneven surfaces. but lessens in wet weather? its obviously a ball joint or suspension bush or similar. But having not owned the car for that long was wondering if there was something that i should be aware of that is a common fault in this area.

Take the load off the front wheels and look/rattle the anti roll bar connections.

If these seem to be alright it will probably be the lower wishbone bushes likely the front one
