Tony. Good morning. I live in Switzerland and drive a LHD as we all do over here. Sorry mine is not for sale. You can buy good quality Swiss discos here, as Swiss tend to treat their vehicles as well as their cows. Let me know if I can help with the search from this end.

Thanks for that! Can you tell me what sort of prices 300tdi's go for over there, say early models, extreme lows to extreme highs?

Tony. They vary from 10K GBP for a superb car (mine is a 96 with 40KMs on it like new) down to 3K GBP for a high miler. The V8s are cheap here. There are quite a few on flebay de. this gives you some idea. I sometimes find cars on ricardo.ch.

You can get a superb example for less than 3K GBP here in the UK. I expect mine to go for about that on Ebay, and mine has less than average mileage, full service history, is in superb condition AND it has an expensive private number plate!harrijo7

Yep. Swiss prices, are similar to the price of living. Gotta go and buy a kg of chicken breasts....17 quid... But guess what? Our petrol and diesel is cheaper than the UK. Go figure.

Hi, I have a French registered lhd 2001 TD5 for sale - I live near Poitiers in western France.
I bought it last year when we moved here, but as we have two other cars, one of them one has to go.
It's metallic blue, automatic, 120k kilometres, beige leather, everything electric, including twin sunroofs, windows, heated seats, climate control,heaqted front and rear screens Harmon Kardon uprated radio/cassette/cdplayer. The last two services were in the UK at RCV - the most recent one, in March 2007, cost £1400, and included lots of new bits - I have the bills.
Two previous very careful owners, I will even deliver it to the UK if you want, as I drive back once a month to work in London.
Price negotiable, in pounds or Euros.
Let me know if you're interested, and I'll email some photographs.
