Wow that's made such a difference
I've got a 300tdi mounted to a standard box but with disco diffs
I was sitting at about 50mph on the motor way
Just before the boost comes in
Now it will sit at 65 all day long

I was shocked
Took it up to 80 ish

1968 2a at 80mph

50, 65, 80?? My speedo has those numbers, i thought just for decoration

Did you put the 300 in? have been reading up on this and what i have read seems a bit of an epic putting in the 300.

It's well better now
I didn't no it came in
The only difference is the engine mount
U have to cut the old 1 off and weld a new on slightly further back

Just fitted my overdrive
