If it looks presentable, which should be very soon, then just park it on the drive with a cover over it (to protect it because it is a classic) then if they come back and look they cannot remove the cover, private property etc.

just had a visit from the fekkin housing officer (the bitch she even looks like the prison governor off that film death race )
they have seen the landy in the back yard and told me im in breach of the tennancy agreement and i subsequently have 28 days to finish it to a roadworthy standard get it MOT ed and taxed and parked on the drive
she was stageing a 2 year survey bull**** fassard of how were keeping the house in order and up to standard but kept asking if we had any problems with the neighbours ( hint hint itll be the jealous arsehole next door thats grassed me for it )
this has now become a full on mission and all out war :boxing::boxing::boxing:
is it possible for me to achieve this ??

Are you in council owned property? and that includes most housing association houses. I would ask for the notice of breach of tenancy in writing, with a list of specific clauses in the tenancy agreement they are accusing you of breaching.
What precisly are they accusing you of? Look through your tenancy agreement and see if you can see the clause you are in breach of, you might struggle.
I find it hard to believe that mending your own car in your own back yard can be a problem.

If its on the drive, and its sorned..tell her to bugger off. you are doing nothing illegal. The drive is for a vehicle, if its legally sorned she cannot tell you to MOT it. See a solicitor.

Id love to see that get through the courts...not allowed to keep vehicle parts?? Not allowed to keep your own property at the address?? Rubbish, scare tactics they think they can get away with.
