theoretically, what the tester cant see, he cant test.So to fix this I need to cut out the rust and plate it up similar to that of the opposite side?
the one sill could do with a patch but I wont have time for that so a bit of underseal can sort that through the mot hopefully.
Lets hope he isn't any good then otherwise I might have a long list lol.

Best to do it once and do it right.my mot tester looks around and taps with hammer.and bit fall he starts prodding.hence new footwell last year.get it welded up.they aint stupid and if its your daily drive then a fail puts it off the road.
