Is it worth it?

Hi looking for my first LR, found a Disco 1, 93 tdi auto, the underside looks quite good no major rust, can't get in to see boot floor or rear seat belt mounts at the moment. Body looks a bit scabby and needs a few trim bits, inside looks like a dogs slept in it all last year, but it's up for £580 ono with 3 months mot, decent tyres, and 235k miles, is it worth it?

ask him to bung it thru an mot and see what his reaction is

sounds to me you need to get back and have a proper look at it just think all those special little places you havent looked may well fooked and if you cant weld think of the cost of of all that !!

This guy's a bit of a dealer, a mate suggested this with a 96 P38 he had up for £750 and he said NO
