I bought a landrover mid December last year and I've not received the V5

I know there are delays with covid but I'm trying to find out what's happening ive tried web chat but its an automated service and tells you nothing

I found a number but it just says due to a high volume of calls we can't take your call and cuts you off!!

V5 was sent by post as it was an old blue V5 and couldn't be done online

Yes you can talk to someone, after trawling through endless 'for X enquiries press 2' etc.
I was onto them today on behalf of an elderly neighbour, when I finally got through after about 10 mins. the guy was both polite & helpful.

There's minimal Covid delays at the DVLA vehicle change processing centre.
I've changed 3 vehicles throughout Covid, and all documents have been back within a few days.
Maybe yours simply got lost in the post, which does happen sometimes.
