International 4x4 weekend safari

I've been looking at a super jeep Icelandic weekend safari to do in a few months for my 21st birthday but the minimum age is 25 to drive the vehicles.
Company policy rubbish obviously.

Now I'm simply looking for other options, wherever that may be in the world.

Has anyone ever done anything like this? If so where?

I'm open to the Middle East or North America, just anywhere really.
Any information on companies that run these holidays I would be very grateful for!!!

I went to Iceland when I was 20 and hired a vehicle out there and drove around the whole island... just set your sites a bit lower - we had a Larda Niva - rough as anything but awesome fun
