Give Ed a shout from Flux. He has a thread going

I have used Adrian Flux for some years, and they are good, and their service is great - had to use once when a muppet went into the side of me - brand new Disco on the drive the very next day :D

Plus Dan who works for Adrian Flux and a member on the forum (forum sponsor) is a great help ;)

Dan is gone and ED has the job now ............. IMHO doing a hell of alot better

Yup you are right, this comes up a lot. As every driver is a different risk ie. value of vehicle, useage, post code, age etc etc. the premums reflect this, so enter your details in the insurance search facilities such as Comfused.com.

If I had to pay over £200 i'd go elsewhere, for this year I payed £174 fully comp with protected NCD.
The max I've ever paid for the disco was £380 but that was years ago.:)

Plus rates took a jump at first on the year across the board....... Women getting a 50% or better increase. So the people that had wife as primary drive will see the biggest jump in prices. With the under 25 getting a good increase, and some company's refusing under 25 yr olds

I renewed mine with flux last night £326 all in £100 excess as well, I tried Dave brewer as a load of people recommended him and he wanted £968!!!!!!

Regards

Nick

only three companies would even quote me on a modified disco as I'm under 25

NFU who wanted nearly 3k
flux who wanted 890 tpf+t
a-plan who want 815 fully comp

i know who i'll be choosing! roll on next year when I fully intend on getting down into the 600 pound mark with all the other companies that will be able to quote me!
