No problem with indicators, except when trailer is attached - indicators still work, but takes several seconds before the indicator light and sound appear from the dash?

If you mean the green trailer indicator that doesnt appear right away, takes few seconds for the BCU to ''realise'' that there is extra load on that circuit. If you mean the arrows i have no ideea also what indicator sound do you mean ? if you have some buzzer retrofited for sound that could mix up the warning lamp's behaviour

Indicator lights (blinkers) for turning were very slow to start when indicator stalk was moved for left or right turn (delay of c. 3 seconds). I know when they blink at a fast rate it's usually indicative of a blown globe somewhere. Not sure if the trailer is a bit of a furphy, but just noticed an hour ago that there was about 1.5" of water (rain) lying at the bottom of the rear passenger-side lens assembly. Took assembly off and drained out water! Seems to be okay now. Noticed a chip at the top of the lens assembly where it looks like rain has got in - will seal it tomorrow with some Sikaflex. Not exactly sure re cause and effect (water ingress and slow blinking rate) but it seems like that was the issue.

Just a follow-up - took passenger side lens off (crack at the top) - emptied out water! Water had been getting in through small lens crack at top. Dried out thoroughly, checked globes a nd wiring and all good; sealed crack on the inside with silicone and replaced. No problems since and that was just over three months ago. Not sure how, but the pool of water at the bottom of the lens apparently affected the blinking rate???
