it dont - cos he dont have the original motor - but I was talking about Riggly wot has a motor and seems to have now found out it was scrapped. I think if he gets a VIC to prove he has the original (and not cloned) motor, he should be able to get it taxed and then insured. I may be wrong, but if he wants to keep the vehicle, I suggest he, at least, tries to find out more.
