I'm thinking of a hybrid.good or bad idea?

i have recently finished a long project to convert a s1 to a 200 tdi. alot of work and head scratching but good fun. an unplaned offroad excurtion however has left us both a bit twisted. after advertising the remains i now know it is worth more to me than i can sell it for. it requires some chassis work and bulk head could do with some attention from a tractor and a strong chain. so i'm thinking of buying an old disco and making a hybrid.
any advice or coments greatly welcomed.

Go for it. Lots of bobtailed disco's around if you need any inspiration

Aye, I seen one round here advertised on Fleabay fer £350. Worth more in bits than as a road going vehicle. Get summat with sound chassis an fooked motor/running gear, another £500 donor vehicle. Do a Frankenstein job, sell whats left on Fleabay an hey presto...
