Could the tank be brazed or welded in situ? The hole is on the top of it unfortunately so it's gotta come off one way or another, did think of just wire brushing it all and welding a patch on but no luck thereCould the tank be brazed or welded in situ? That would save a lot of grief

New tank is already on its way to me so as long as the compressor lasts a few more days I'll be golden....(Famous last words I know)
I mean, I guess, I'll see what I can do but no promisesBut thats the point, we all have issues, its a "how do you manage it" that helps others.
I faffed for ages trying to ease bolts out with them still shearing off, sometimes just getting rid and starting again is quicker.
But would also say a thread is needed walts an all
