Anna you spanner, you don't need to post 50 different threads 🤦🏻‍♂️ just 50 posts, you could get 10 on this thread if you fancy a chat.

Where you from? Any pics of your landy? You had many landies in the past? Why you selling? Whats your favourite cheese? Temperatures dropped aint it? I'm missing that Indian summer already.

Just chat shìt for a bit, most of us do

try facebook/gumtree/autotrader etc.

the 50 posts to be able to sell things is to ensure that people actually contribute to the forum to get the benefits of the community rather than just selling their tat and disappearing.

hahahaha!!! that made me lol! I am actually selling it for a friend of mine that's recently passed away. I am being cautious about sticking it on some sites as she had one stolen a year or so ago so it's location is protected (somewhere in Stratford upon Avon!) unless I get serious interest. It's a proper farmy type, got dings and dents 127544 on the clock. Looking for around the 10k mark.
It's FREEEEEZING and I like Brie and St Agur ;-)

You're gonna get loads tell you that ay worth 10k, they'd probably be right. What's chassis/bulkhead/door frames like? Interior any good? 10k is strong money i think mate

I like cheddar cuz I'm boring

yaya I hear the market has dropped for them- she paid 11K for it last year... interior belongs on a farm ;-) it drives lovely though!

Have you looked at the mot history? would you buy a car with such an mot history?
No I haven't actually as it's not mine I am just assisting 'the estate' with the sale. I drive a pretty little Mazda ;-) It came through a friend of a friend and was used around the farm and for local trips. Never had a problem with it and it's been great and very useful to have around

Welcome to the forum :)
A lot of people sell on FB marketplace now. There will inevitably be a lot of tyre kickers cos it is a Landy. Your friend might be best off selling to a dealer. A lot of people won't buy a Landy off a farm. Often they have been thrashed to buggery on all sorts of terrain in all weathers and poorly looked after. Obv everyone has access to MOT checker now too which is a good indicator of a vehicle's life.
£10k is far too much imho, you are right, prices are dropping and buyers can be choosy. There are a lot of Landies on the market at the mo. It could take a very long time to sell privately. Best of luck!

Sounds like a farmers vehicle to me drive it till it fails then fix just enough ;)
Only 1 mention of rust though on the rear, crossmember maybe???

J
Run or budget for new rear x member at a minimum.

Two mentions of corrosion within 30cm of towbar, and two mentions of rear body structure.
