Series 3 How to remove overdrive lever

Hi all I am Trying to remove the farey overdrive for a service this may sound stupid but the bolt on the overdive lever ( does it turn clock wise or anti clockwise this bolt will not budge ) tried a snap on breaker bar still wint move ? I did notice behind it there is a split pin connection but difficult to get to can anyone help thank you Nick ps can't get the impact gun to it as handbrake lever is in the way

It looks like it has a welded nut other side of bolt, on mine I think it’s a loose nut.
If you take tunnel cover off you will see a lot better ( main gear stick and both floors out/ loosened

Thankyou I managed to unlink it from the overdrive side it was covered in so much crap I didn't spot the split pin link much appreciated
