How to prevent rear door from swing shut?

My nissan van has a sliding arm with 2 notched cut in the runner. 1st notch holds the door at 90degrees, 2nd notch holds it at 180degrees. A thumb catch keeps it oin position.

tis a Nissan Vannette cargo, aka Nissan serena. would be perfect and only a cople of squid from scrappies.
 
I like the idea of a gas strut set up but Mud do seem a touch expensive (or I'm just a tight arse!).


No ya not they are ripping off fookers. They pinched the Xbrake disc conversion off a mini dumper. and claimed it as their invention :mad: X lites are crap and just a std Halogen spotlamp in a bit of ally tubing. etc etc. cheap to make fooking expensive to buy from..

FFS Pikey. Neither of them are MUD products. You're thinking of X-Eng.
MUD are pricey, but theirs is top quality stuff.
Just my humble opinion.
